RETURN / REFUNDS POLICY

 

 

 

Our return and refund policies specify the conditions under which Rexxonis.com would accept to take back a product or item that has been purchased by a customer from the Rexxonis.com app, the time frame in which such purchased item should be returned and the circumstances, if any that the customer would be entitled to a refund.

 

Return Policy

 

A Customer is entitled to return a product purchased from Rexxonis.com, provided a notice is sent to Rexxonis.com through its online complaints outlets, explaining the reason for a return of the product, and such product is returned by the customer within 15 days from the date that the customer accepted delivery and in the same manner in which it was delivered. Note however that since some medical products are hygienic and temperature sensitive items, Rexxonis will not accept return of a product:

 

  1.  that has been opened and used by the customer

  2.  damaged while in the custody of  a customer due to improper handling or care

  3.  with a broken seal, tags or cracked bottles

  4.  that is not contained in the original carton or packaging material used in delivering the product.

 

Refund Policy

 

A customer shall be entitled to a refund only if a pre-payment was made at the time of placing an order on the Platform, and it turns out that:

 

  1. The order as packaged has been tampered or damaged before the time it is delivered to a customer; and such damage has been brought to the attention of the delivery agent, and a screenshot of the damage or tampering taken and submitted along with a compliant form online to toyin.adesina@rexxonis.com, as reason for rejection of delivery, rather than acknowledging acceptance of delivery.

 

  1. The vendor cancels the order after payment due to: (i) Failure to contact the customer by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or (ii) Where the customer cancels the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items ordered for at the time of booking.

 

  1. The decision on refunds shall be at the sole discretion of the Rexxonis.com, and each case shall be treated on its merits. All refund amounts shall be credited to a customer’s account within 14 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card or the equivalent amount used as in-store credit to purchase another item from rexxonis.com platform.

 

  1. Delivery charges shall be deducted from the amount refunded.
