INSTRUCTION FOR USE
1. Check the integrity of immediate package before use.
2. Destroy the needles of any immediate package that is not intact.
3. Peel apart to expose hub. 
4. Push and twist the needle clockwise onto the syringe tip to seat it firmly and assure a tight fit. 
5. be careful to pull the needle guard straight off.
6. Do not resterilize or reuse. Single use only.
7. Needles of unopened or undamaged package is guaranteed sterile, non-toxic, non-pyrogenic.
8. Do not store at extreme temperatures and humidity.
